Last week, we produced a new Property Marketing Video from a unique and timeless Villa in El Madroñal – Marbella – Costa del Sol. El Madroñal is located in a very nice area in the mountains between Marbella and La Zagaleta.
Karen Dadonn, Realty Marbella, a very reliable, friendly and professional Real Estate Consultant / Associate from KellerWilliams Marbella gave us the order to produce a video to present one of her properties for sale, a villa in El Madronal in a Property Marketing Video and also to push her own marketing.
The Property Video is very smooth and atmospheric to show this wonderful location. We are starting with several drone sequences to show the nice and natural area with the impressive mountains behind and the garden and pool area. You will see Karen in a small introduction. There are several SteadyCam sequences in this Video and a speed ramp so you can fly throught the rooms, floors, over the garden and pool and a flightover the garden to the amazing views to La Concha and to the Mediterranean Sea.
The music: A very relaxed and atmospheric track that gives listeners a breather, wellness and relaxation with long-sounding melodies. The music seems to tell a story that unfolds in beautiful sounds.
