Email Attachments:
The maximum size of an attachment should be 500 KB. Files exceeding this limit should be provided through a drop box link. The recipient only receives the link and can download the files at any time.
Never send large attachments without notice. You should always ask what is the best time of day to send it. If you need to send a large file, you should always “zip” or compress it and use PDF documents wherever possible.
